A few things before you send this
Who reads the form?
Maite and Rogelio, no one else. Still, keep it short and leave out anything private; you can tell us the rest by phone.
Can you call me at a safe time?
Yes. Put the best time in your message, and say whether we may leave a voicemail.
Can I stop by without an appointment?
Maite can usually see you for a few minutes to set a time, but Rogelio meets by appointment.
